A question for all travellers out there. Do you keep a routine during your travels? Something you do regularly at home and manage to keep doing?
The most obvious is exercise. Sometimes travel disrupts me – having to carry running shoes, for example. Or there’s just one more party you have to attend instead of going to the gym – you are on a holiday, after all.
I usually try to exercise as often as possible and also write regular notes of my experiences so it would be easier to tell the stories later. Actually, flying is the best time to concentrate and do some monotasking, given that there’s no internet.
